Born and bred in Brisbane, Bec Joy is an Australian/Greek freelance model working predominantly in South East Queensland, Australia. She has worked on various projects over the past decade; from modelling for AACM (Australian Academy of Cinemagraphic Makeup) college assessments, to walking the runway for Pretty Little Thingz Fx at Brisbane Hair & Beauty Expo, to a bridal photoshoot for Elope Brisbane.

​Over these past 10 years Bec Joy has worked with various creatives of all mediums; hair stylists, makeup artists, photographers, videographers, directors, set designers, fashion stylists, and fashion designers. Having completed her Diploma in Cinemagraphic Makeup, Bec has an experienced understanding of the patience required and attention to detail that is essential to creating a meaningful piece of art. She is most passionate when she can work with fellow creatives to go beyond the lens to tell a story.
